Halwell Mutual Insurance is a design-bid-build type of project located in Guelph, Ontario. This project is an addition and a renovation to the previous building, which was a 1950s bomb shelter. Along with the new addition and various renovations, there was a new barrier free ramp and architectural accents added to the front of the building.
